摘要
应用基于软插件技术的EC104 DNC集成控制系统,实现了异构数控机床的集成,并在此基础上结合高职数控专业实践教学及考核的实际需要,开发了教学模块和技能考核模块,实现了数控技能考核和技能竞赛的网络化运行与监控,有效地提高了实践教学的质量和考核效率。在高职院校的数控机床管理及教学考核信息化建设中具有较强的推广应用价值。
By using EC104 DNC integrated control system based on software plug-in technology,the heterogeneous CNC machine tools are integrated.On this basis,thinking of the actual needs for practice teaching and assessment of higher vocational numerical control technique profession,the teaching modules and skills assessment modules are developed to achieve CNC skills assessment and skills competition under the network operation and monitoring,which effectively improves the quality and efficiency of the practice teaching and test,and has a strong promotional value of the informatization construction of CNC machine tools management and teaching test in higher vocational colleges.
