摘要
文章运用新制度经济学制度变迁理论对粤港高等教育合作现象进行研究。首先阐明了粤港高等教育合作所具有的"制度"属性;接着分析了粤港高等教育合作制度需求与供给的影响因素;最后以外界环境需求与实际制度供给为分析线索,对改革开放以来粤港高等教育合作制度变迁的脉络进行了梳理。
In this thesis, we study the phenomenon of Hong Kong-Guangdong cooperation in higher education from a perspective of the Theory of Institutional Change of New Institutional Economics. Firstly, we set out the "Institution" attribution of which Hong Kong-Guangdong cooperation in higher education has. Then we analyze the factors affecting institutional demand and supply on Hong Kong-Guangdong cooperation in higher education. Based on the foregoing, considering external environmental demand and real institutional supply as a clue, we analyze the context of institutional change of Hong Kong-Guangdong cooperation in higher education since the reform and opening up in 1978.
