摘要
科研绩效评估是高校科研管理中一项重要和基础工作。文章以汕头大学为例,结合学校科研工作绩效评估的实践,对科研绩效评估的周期、定量和定性方法、投入产出类指标和分类评估等问题进行分析探讨。
The performance evaluation of scientific research is one of important and fundamental tasks in the management of scientific research in institutions of higher learning. With the case study of Shantou University, this paper analyzes and discusses such issues as the cycle, the quantitative and qualitative assessment, the input -output parameters of performance evaluation of scientific research and classified assessments.
