Offshore Service Outsourcing and the Host Country's Technology Progress——A Reflection Based on the Reality in China

随着国际分工的深化和信息技术的飞速发展,离岸服务外包正在成为新一轮国际产业转移的热点。文章分析了承接离岸服务外包对于东道国技术进步的现实意义,并提出推进中国服务外包发展、促进技术进步的政策措施。

With offshore service the deepening of international division of labor and rapid development of information technology, outsourcing is becoming the hot spot of the new round of international industry transfer. This paper studies the effect of undertaking offshore service outsourcing on the host country＇s technology progress. And then it proposes some measures for China to promote service outsourcing and technology progress.
