当前高校新生党员的特点及其教育管理探析

An Analysis of the Characteristics and Education Management of the Freshmen Chinese Communist Party Members

加强党建工作既是高校思想政治工作的主要方法之一,也是高校思想政治工作目的之一。文章从政治素质、知识学习、心理素质和行为方式等方面分析了当前高校新生党员的特点,并从客观环境、主观环境和教育环境三个方面探讨了当前高校新生党员特点产生的原因,同时从加强理论引领、完善制度管理、创新管理方式、发挥榜样力量、重视人文关怀等方面提出了相应的教育对策。

Reinforcing the work of developing the Party is not only a powerful means, but also the goals of ideological and political work in universities. Regarding the political qualities, knowledge learning, psychological quality and behavior, this article has analyzed the characteristics of the freshmen CCP members. And then it has discussed some reasons for the characteristics from the objective, subjective and the educational environments. At the same time, it proposes some corresponding countermeasures, such as strengthening the theoretical guidance, improving systems management, innovating management, playing power of an example, valuing human care and so on.
