The process of the young teachers＇ development in local colleges is the process of the socialization of individuals;the process from accommodating,developing,maintaining and creating in their teaching and researching;the process of the improving of the professional spirit and personality;the process of the coaction of the intrinsic and extrinsic factors.To be honest,modest,persistin are the basic requirements for the young teachers in local colleges.To be excellent in moral,expert in thinking and pragmatic are the basic characteristics for the young cadres.
