分析了国内低压铸造装备及其工艺的落后现状,提出了双升液管液面悬浮低压铸造机方案,介绍了微机液面悬浮加压装置、四柱式主机、轨道辐射加热熔池式保温炉和保温炉传动机构的组成、工作原理和特点。

This paper analysed the under-developed conditions of the low pressure die-casting machines at home,presented the proposal for casting the double tube suspension low pressure die-casting machines,and introduced suspension pressure device,four-column type,orbital radiation heating furnaces,the formation,function and features of the gearing of the heating furnaces.
