摘要
军事训练需求开发是军事训练工作的基础。为满足联合作战和训练的需要,美军建立了完善的军事训练需求开发机制,开发了通用联合任务清单。介绍了美军军事训练需求开发语言和开发过程,并分析其特点。针对我军装备保障训练需求开发问题,提出几点启示。
Military training requirements development is the basement of military training.To support the joint operations and training,the US army has founded perpect military training requirements development mechanism,as well as universal joint task list（UJTL）.In this paper,the US army training requirement development common language and process is introduced.Its characteristics are illustrated.To our army＇s equipment support training requirements development,some suggestions are put forward.
