摘要
以管理学原理教学过程为例,探讨如何让学生从表象深入到实质掌握泰罗的科学管理理论,从而指导以后的管理实践。藉此提出了对高职教育中培养学生思维能力的两点看法。
To take the process of management teaching as the example,this paper inquired into how to discern the essence by looking below the superficial phenomenon,so as to make the students really understand the theory of scientific management of Taylor,and finally direct the practice of management in the future.It also gives two points about training students' ability to thinking in higher vocational education.
