This study mainly discussed the application of PDCA circulation in the teaching link of the food chemistry and physical-chemical analysis course,including the feasibility,the specific operations and the advantages of using PDCA circulation.This would help us to improve the college teaching quality of food chemistry and cultivate more high-quality talents of food industry.
