摘要 通过对特钢公司一轧车间1#加热炉炉型结构优化设计、烧咀均匀分市、耐火材料的精心选用,改变了原加热炉能耗高、加热质量差、氧化烧损严重等缺点,达到了高效、优质、节能的目的。 In the No. 1 Steel rolling workshop of the corporation,the authors optimize the structure of 1#. heatingfurnace , equally distribute the spouts and carefully choose the fireproof materials; thus, the previous disadvantages, such ashigh waste of energy, low heating quality and serious oxidizing fire waste being changed , and the objec of high efficiency,high quality and energy-saving being caught.
