早期全程护理干预对脑卒中患者康复的疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of the Early Entire Period of Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation of Patients with Stroke

目的观察实施早期全程护理干预,对脑卒中患者康复的效果。方法将80例急性脑卒中患者随机分成康复组40例,对照组40例。对照组采用内科基础治疗,于发病3～7 d生命体征平稳后进行功能训练,康复组在患者入院当天即进行心理、饮食及排便、皮肤、运用Brunnstrom分期全程护理干预。结果康复组采用早期全程护理干预的方法,脑卒中患者的康复有效92%,明显高于对照组80%。结论早期全程护理干预可改善脑卒中患者的负性情绪,提高对治疗护理的依从性,有利于脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复,提高患者的生活自理能力,且大大减少脑卒中患者病死率和致残率。是脑卒中功能康复的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the rehabilitation of stroke patients with early entire period of nursing intervention. Methods 80 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into rehabilitation group（ n = 40） and control group（ n = 40）. The control group was treated by the way of basic medicine therapy. The rehabilitation group was treated not only with medicine basic ways,but with early whole period of nursing intervention. Results The efficacy of rehabilitation group（92% ） was significantly higher than that of control group（80% ）. By early entire period of nursing intervention, the negative emotion of the patients was improved, the compliance of patients was enhanced, self-care ability was increased, and the rate of mortality and disability was decreased. Conclusion It was an effective way to promote the rehabilitation of stroke patients by early and entire period of nursing intervention.
