摘要
文章提出了一种基于2μm双极型工艺设计的过流过压保护电路,本电路采用一个带迟滞比较器电路结构思想实现其保护功能的,本电路的结构新颖、电路简洁、性能优良。通过Cadence Spectre仿真工具对电路的工作状态进行仿真,结果表明该电路功能良好、敏感度高、便于集成。本过流过压保护电路通常用于集成在DC/DC转换器的控制芯片中,为芯片提供输入端和输出端的电压电流保护,电源模块设计的工作电压为48V,过压保护电压值为58V左右,过流保护电流值为380mA。使芯片能满足模块功能的同时,更加高效安全稳定的工作。
An over-voltage and over-current protection Circuit using 2μm bipolar process is described.This circuit adopts a Hysteretic comparator structure to realize its protection function.It has a novel structure,simple circuit and a good performance.Cadence spectre simulation shows that the circuit has excellent capability of high sensitivity,facilitate integration.The circuit commonly used in DC/DC converter control chip,providing input and output terminal voltage and current protection for chip,The working voltage of power supply module design for 48V and the over-voltage protection value for 58V around,over-current protection current value for 380 mA,making chip work efficiently.
