摘要
作为城市综合交通枢纽中最重要的安全系统之一,综合监控系统是综合交通枢纽正常运营的前提和保证。本文基于公共安全优先理念,结合综合监控系统的构成和特点对其进行全面的功能分析,并进一步从综合决策层、监控数据共享层、监控数据接入层三个结构层面进行枢纽监控系统的结构设计,实现枢纽综合监控系统中央级系统、二级节点系统以及现场级系统之间集成。研究成果为天津站综合交通枢纽综合监控系统的设计实施提供依据。
The comprehensive monitoring system is the premise of and guarantee to the normal operation of the integrated transportation hub as one of the most important safety systems in the integrated transportation hub.Based on the idea of public security first,combining with the composition and characteristics of the integrated monitoring system,this paper makes a comprehensive functional analysis,and a design of system structure from three layers： the integrated decision-making layer,monitoring and data sharing layer,and data access layer to fulfill the integration of the central systems,second level system and the locale system.The current achievements in the research provid the basis for the design of the integrated monitoring system in Tianjin transportation hub.
