摘要
本文采用紫外线吸收剂2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸(简称HMBS)与硫脲—甲醛树脂并用处理,藉助硫脲—甲醛树脂与纤维的交联作用及树脂自身缩聚所形成的三度空间网状结构来固定HMBS,从而提高了真丝绸防泛黄效果的耐洗性.通过正交试验筛选出HMBS与硫脲—甲醛树脂并用处理的最佳条件,并研究了各因素对防泛黄效果及其耐洗性的影响;通过对各绸样洗涤后HMBS残留量等的测试,证实了耐洗性提高的原因;对处理后绸样的理化性能也进行了测试.
In this paper, 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone-5-sulfonic acid
(HMBS) is fixed on silk through three dimensional network structure formed
through the pdycondensation of monomer and cross linking effected between
thiourea formalin resin and silk fiber. When the silk is treated with HMBS
and thiourea-formalin resin, as the result of it, the wash-fastness of depre-
ssing silk yellowing is raised. The best conditions to treat silk with HMBS
and thiourea-formalin resin are picked out through orthogonal methods,and
the effects of every factor on depression of silk yellowing and its wash-
fastness are studied in this paper. The reasons of increasing the wach-fas-
tness are investigated through the measurements of residual HMBS on the
silk after washing. The physicochemical properties of the treated silk are
also tested.
