水电工程坝区农村移民安置研究——以三峡工程为例

Study of Resettlement in Hydraulic and Hydroelectric Project Construction Areas

文章结合三峡工程坝区夷陵区农村移民安置的实践调查,归纳水电工程坝区农村移民的特点,探讨坝区移民安置工作成功的主要经验,总结坝区移民安置过程中的教训,提出加强安置规划的可操作性,将移民安置与地方经济、社会发展相结合,统筹兼顾,做好坝区移民安置工作的具体措施。

Based on the practice of the resettlement in Yiling district of the Three Gorges Project area,this paper first summarizes their characteristics and major experience and shortcomings in the course of project construction resettlement and then suggests the feasibility of strengthening planning resettlement be improved,several exact measures presented.
