下肢恶性肿瘤保肢术后深静脉血栓形成18例报告

18 Cases of Deep Vein Thrombosis after the Limb Salvage Surgery of Malignant Tumors of the Lower Extremity

目的探讨下肢恶性肿瘤行保肢治疗手术后深静脉栓塞形成的风险因素、预防以及治疗措施。方法回顾性分析我院自2006年1月至2009年12月各类下肢恶性肿瘤行保肢治疗手术的病例资料,研究该类手术后深静脉栓塞发生的风险因素、预防及治疗。结果本组下肢恶性肿瘤病例行保肢治疗手术后深静脉栓塞的发生率为20.2%,经治疗DVT患者中未出现严重并发症。结论下肢恶性肿瘤行保肢治疗手术后有较多发生深静脉栓塞的危险因素,应积极预防与治疗以减少深静脉栓塞的发生,减轻其产生的后果。

Objective To discuss the risk factors,precautions and treatment of deep vein thrombosis after the limb salvage surgery of malignant tumors of the lower extremity.Methods The data of the patients with malignant tumors of the lower extremity who were treated with limb salvage surgery between January 2006 and December 2009 was retrospectively studied.the risk factors,precautions and treatment of deep vein thrombosis after these surgeries were studied.Results The incidence of DVT was 20.2%in this series and there′re no severe complications in these patients after treatment.Conclusion There are risk factors of DVT after the limb salvage surgery.Active prevention and treatment should be made to decrease the incidence and alleviate the aftereffect.
