摘要
针对单个供应商和单个制造商在随机需求和来料存在质量缺陷条件下,依据单周期报童模型,分别构建了完备的制造商全检低价处理和返修处理成本函数模型,并求解了相应的制造商EOQ模型。研究发现,不合格品低价处理时的边际效应不断增大,且低价处理比返修处理对EOQ的影响要小;在需求服从正态分布情况下,EOQ随不合格品数量的增加而线性递减,但订货量大于需求均值时,EOQ会随需求标准差的增加而线性增加。最后,通过蒙特卡洛仿真软件,证实了影响EOQ相关命题及推论的正确性,为制造商降低内部损失和外部损失等成本,提供了一定的理论依据。
We respectively construct cost functions and solve the corresponding EOQ models under the condition that manufacture complete inspects its materials and repairs or cheaply deals with the materials,when a single supplier and manufacturer face a random demand and imperfect quality based on single period newsboy model.We further find that marginal effect will be enlarged when the manufacturer cheaply deals with the unqualified productions and cheaply dealing with the unqualified productions makes a smaller impaction to EOQ than repairing the productions.Under normal distribution of demand,EOQ will be linearly decreased with the number of unqualified products increasing but when the order is greater than the mean demand,EOQ will be linearly increased with the demand standard deviation increasing.Finally,we confirm our propositions and inferences which can impact EOQ from using Monte Carlo simulation software.Our research can provide some theory basis for manufacturers to reduce internal and external loss costs.
