The Diffusion Process of Disruptive Innovation and the Competition Strategy of SMEs

摘要 颠覆性创新是战略管理理论研究的前沿问题。在分析颠覆性创新扩散过程、采纳者的类别及主要特性的基础上,研究了新兴中小企业培育潜在需求、建立竞争规则、提升核心能力、颠覆在位企业的"四步曲"竞争策略,描绘了颠覆性创新的扩散过程与新兴中小企业竞争力的形成轨迹。 Disruptive innovation is the frontier theory of strategic management.This paper analyzed the diffusion process of disruptive innovation,the innovation adopters and their characteristics.On this basis,the four-step competitive strategy of emerging SMEs were studied,which were fostering potential demand,establishing new competition rule,forming core competence,and disrupting incumbent firm.In the end,the diffusion process of disruptive innovation and the track of the formation of emerging SMEs' competence were described.
