摘要
采用正交试验的方法,通过研究温度、时间及偶联剂三因素对玄武岩连续纤维增强环氧树脂(Basaltcontinuous fiber reinforced Epoxy Polymer,简称Epoxy-BFRP)弯曲性能、拉伸性能和层间剪切强度的影响,进而选择合适的工艺参数,保证Epoxy-BFRP的力学性能。热压温度选择了30℃4、0℃、50℃三个水平,热压时间选择了1h、1.5h、2h,偶联剂选用了KH550、KH560、KH570三种。研究结果表明:①在试验设定条件下,当温度为40℃、时间为1.5h、偶联剂为KH550时,弯曲性能达到最优;②拉伸性能的优化方案是温度为30℃,时间为1.5h,偶联剂为KH550;③层间剪切强度的优化方案和弯曲性能一致。
Through the study of the effects of temperature,time and coupling agents on bending properties,tensile properties and inter laminar shear strength of the basalt continuous fiber reinforced epoxy polymer by adopting an orthogonal test method,proper processing parameters can be chosen in order to ensure the mechanic properties of Epoxy-BFRP.This test selected 30℃,40℃,50℃ as pressing temperature,1h,1.5h,2h,as pressing time and three kinds of coupling agents,KH550,KH560 and KH570.The test results show that:①Under experimental condition,when the temperature is 40℃,pressing time is 1.5h,coupling agent is KH550,the bending properties are the best.②Optimal scheme of tensile properties can be realized at 30 ℃,with time length being 1.5h and coupling agent being KH550.③Optimal scheme of inter laminar shear strength is the same as that of bending properties.
