企业创新团队胜任力的内涵模型 被引量:3

摘要 通过理论分析和实证研究,提出了企业创新团队胜任力包含目标承诺、顾客导向、创新氛围、团队学习、创新意愿和创新能力六个维度,探索了这六个维度的特征、机理,构建了相关问卷。运用SPSS13.0软件对问卷的调查样本数据进行信度分析、效度分析,证实了围绕目标承诺、顾客导向、创新氛围、团队学习、创新意愿和创新能力等维度设计的问卷可信、有效;最后利用lisrel8.70软件进行验证性分析,进一步论证了企业创新团队胜任力。
