国外学生体检表项目分析

Study of physical examination record among foreign students

目的了解国外学生体检表的内容,为建立适合我国学生的健康体检项目和标准提供参考。方法以Google网络搜索为主要检索工具,对检索到的50份国外学生体检表项目内容进行归类和统计分析,并对国外学生体检表的内容进行循证分析。结果国外学生体检表主要分为基本信息、医学史、预防接种史、体检项目和医生填写部分,其中体检项目又分为形态指标、内科、外科、五官科、辅助检查5个部分。结论我国中小学生体检表与国外学生体检表既存在一定的共性,也有很多不同之处。国外学生体检表中的部分项目设置值得参考借鉴。

Objective To investigate the student physical examination records in different countries and areas, and to provide evidence for establishing items and standards fitting for Chinese condition. Methods Fifty foreign students＂ physical examination records were searohed by Google, then the contents of those foreign records were classified and analyzed. Results Foreign student physical examination reeords were mainly composed of the following 5 parts： Student information, medical history, immunization record, physical exam and physician assessment. The physieal exam including morphological, medical, surgical, ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology and accessory examinations. Conclusion Student physical examination record in China has certain common part as foreign student physical examination records, but also a lot differences. Foreign records have significant referential value for us.
