青海部分牧区牦牛酸奶中乳酸球菌的药敏试验

The drugs sensitive test on micrococcus acide lactici in Yaks yogurt in some areas of Qinghai

用药敏法对分自青海部分牧区牦牛酸奶中的7株乳酸球菌进行了药敏试验。结果表明,分离菌株对青霉素、复方新诺明、四环素、先锋霉素和左氟沙星高度敏感;对氯霉素、氟哌酸、红霉素、庆大霉素、氧氟沙星、阿莫西林中度敏感:对万古霉素、环丙沙星具有耐药性。

Antibiotic senstierty test was carrying out to detect drug residue on 7 micrococcus acide lactici isolated strains in Yaks yogurt in Qinghai.The results showed that the isolated strain were highly sensitive to penicillin,cotrimoxazole,tetracycline,neomycin,and levofloxacin and moderately sensitive to chloramphenicol,norfloxacin,erythromycin,gentamicin,ofloxacin,Amoxicillin,in same time where as were resistant to vancomycin,ciprofloxacin.
