摘要
通过分离病毒,研究及应用相应的药物疫苗可以控制疾病的发生和流行。实验采用分离的病毒接种鸡胚,根据鸡胚所发生的病理变化及电镜观察来确定鸡肾型传染性支气管炎病毒。
The medicine vaccine can control happening and prevelert of disease by isolating virus.The isolated virus were inoculated on chicken＇s embryo,Bronchitis virus of chicken were determined by pathology change of chicken＇s embryo and electron microscope oberzavation.
