摘要
环境内分泌干扰物的污染已成为环境领域广泛关注的研究领域。文章利用重组基因酵母菌检系统评测雌二醇(E2)在非均相Fenton光催化高级氧化降解过程中的激素活性变化。色谱质谱解析中间产物的结构,很好地解释了该非均相Fenton催化氧化过程不仅可以降低E2浓度,而且可以降低母体和中间产物的雌激素活性,对水体的安全处理具有重要的意义。
Endocrine disrupting compounds(EDCs)is one of the hottest subjects in the study of environmental science.The reduction of 17β-estrodiol (E2)and its estrogenic activity during the heterogeneous photo Fenton oxidation process by recombinant yeast-based estrogen assay were evaluated.The degradation intermediates of E2 were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrum,explaining the removal of E2 and diminished estrogenic activity after advanced oxidation process without second pollution.The study is very important to the safety treatment of the polluted water.
