几种杀虫剂对葡萄斑叶蝉的毒力和田间药效试验 被引量:8

摘要 【目的】筛选适合新疆生产实际、对葡萄斑叶蝉防效较好的药剂种类,为有效防治提供依据。【方法】室内用叶片浸叶法测定了2种杀虫剂对葡萄斑叶蝉3龄若虫的毒力。选用4种农药对葡萄斑叶蝉的田间药效进行了试验。【结果】阿克泰对葡萄斑叶蝉的活性高于吡虫啉,吡虫啉和阿克泰的LC50分别是46.26和19.31μg/mL。田间试验表明:吡虫啉、阿克泰、吡蚜酮和矿物油都具有很好的防效,且前两种农剂药后持效期长,药后7 d防效是100%。【结论】防治葡萄斑叶蝉除生产中已应用的吡虫啉、阿克泰外,吡蚜酮和矿物油也可作为备选药剂交替使用。 [Objective] The different insecticides in Xinjiang were studied to provide scientific basis for the chemical control of Erythroneura apicalis Nawa. [ Method ] The toxicity of two pesticides to 3rd instar larvae of Erythroneura apicalis Nawa were determined in room by leaf- dip method. Several insecticides were tested in field. [ Result]The results showed that imidacloprid and thiamethoxam had higher activities , their LC50 were 46.26 μg/ mL, 19.31 μg/mL respectively. The results of field trial indicated that all of four insecticides including 10% WP imidaeloprid , 25 % WG thiamethoxam, 25 % pymetrozine WP and 99 % mineral oil had better control effects on Erythroneura apicalis Nawa, and 10% WP imidacloprid , 25 % WG thiamethoxam had longer persistence against the insect, their controlling efficiency were 100% after 7 days. [Conclusion]Based on the results of toxicity tests and field trials, 25 % pymetrozine WP and 99 % mineral oil could be recommended for controlling Erythroneura apicalis Nawa.
