摘要
在海外现代化工装置施工过程中,由于各种原因仪表工程的设计施工等,特别是进度总是滞后于施工整体进度要求。通过分析多个国际炼化项目仪表施工的自身特点,以及设计、材料、程序、环境等外在因素,探讨自控仪表设计施工滞后的本质原因,寻求改善和解决的方法,总结自控仪表工程的管理方法,提高工作效率,更好地控制仪表施工,以适应工程整体施工进度。
During the construction phase of facilities in oversea projects, the project schedule of instruments construction often has been delayed by a various of reasons. The characters of design, material, program and environment of instruments construction in several international refining and petrochemical projects are detailed analyzed, in order to find out the reasons of automation instruments construction schedule delay; to find out the solutions to avoid such delay, more over, to summarize the management method for automation instrument and enhance the work efficiency to meet the general project schedule.
