摘要
压缩机是炼油化工企业的重要用能设备,安全与节能是压缩机控制的首要任务。针对透平式压缩机的专有控制技术——防喘振控制(ASC),不同专用系统各具特点,但其核心内容和控制理念是一致的,即在安全的保障下最大化节能。介绍了防喘振控制中几个关键问题,对于喘振线的传统算法和通用算法进行了对比性说明。列举了为实现压缩机安全与节能所采取的主要控制策略,通过生产实践,得知这些策略的应用是成功的,是利用控制手段实现安全与节能的成功范例。
Compressors are important energy consumption devices in refineries and petrochemical plants, safety and energy saving are primary task of compressor control. Regarding the special control technology of centrifugal compressor: Anti-Surge Control (ASC), different ASC system has different characteristics but has same content and control theory: i. e. maximizing energy conservation while safety is ensured. Several key points of ASC are introduced, a comparative specification between traditional algorithm and advanced algorithm for ASC is presented. Main compressor control strategies for safety & energy conservation are presented. Those have been successfully applied in production.
