摘要
以炼油厂的原油为研究对象,根据工厂实际电脱盐流程,设计了超声波电脱盐联合破乳实验装置,进行原油破乳动态实验。通过多次实验,比较了超声波电脱盐联合作用和单一电脱盐作用的脱盐脱水效果。在超声电脱盐联合作用下,含盐量从50 mg/L降至3 mg/L,含水量可以降至0.3%,降低了电脱盐排水COD和含油量。超声波电脱盐装置完全满足炼厂的要求,且较大程度地提高经济效益,减少环境污染,具有一定的工业应用前景。
To take the crude oil of the refinery plant as the research object, according to the real electrostatic desalting flowsheet in the plant, the ultrasonic electronic desalting and demulsifiable experimental unit has been designed and built. The crude oil demulsifiable experiment has been carried out. After many experiments the dewater effect of the ultrasonic electronic desalting and single desalting is compared. Salt content is reduced from 50 mg/L to 3 mg/L, water content can be reduced to 0.3%. COD and oil percentage in the discharged water has been reduced. The ultrasonic electronic desalting unit can satisfy the requirement of the refinery plant and increase economic benefit and environment effect and has good industrial application prospection.
