摘要
以乙二胺和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,通过Michael加成反应和酰胺化反应合成了0.5代~1.0代树状聚酰胺-胺(0.5G^1.0G PAMAM)。再利用缩水甘油三甲基氯化铵(EPTAC)对1.0G PAMAM进行接枝改性制备了1.0代树状聚酰胺-胺的季铵盐(1.0G PAMAM-TAC)。通过单因素试验筛选出了1.0G PAMAM-TAC的最佳反应条件:溶剂用量40%(以反应体系的总质量计)、反应温度55℃、反应时间5 h、投料摩尔比n(1.0GPAMAM)∶n(EPTAC)为1∶8。采用红外光谱和核磁共振波谱对改性前后1.0GPAMAM的结构进行了表征。
The 0.5~1.0 generation of polyamidoamine dendrime(PAMAM) was synthesized via Michael-additive action of alkylene diamine and methyl acrylate from ethylenediamine and methacrylate.1.0G PAMAM was grafted with(2,3-epoxypropyl) trimethyl ammonium chloride(EPTAC),thus 1.0G PAMAM-TAC was prepared.By the method of one-factor experimental design,some correlative factors that influenced the 1.0G PAMAM-TAC were investigated,the appropriate action conditions were optimized as follows: solvent consumption 40%(based on the total mass of reaction system),reaction temperature 55 ℃,reaction time 5 h,n(1.0GPAMAM)∶n(EPTAC)=1∶8.The polymer was characterized by infrared spectrum(IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H and 13C-NMR).
