摘要
采用熔融共混方法制备了ABS树脂接枝马来酸酐接枝共聚物(ABS-g-MAH),将接枝共聚物与1-(2氨乙基)哌嗪反应制备了增容剂,通过红外光谱表征确定了预期反应的发生。将增容剂部分替代聚碳酸酯(PC)/ABS共混物中的ABS树脂,考察了增容剂对PC/ABS共混物的力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入增容剂后,PC/ABS共混物的冲击强度和屈服强度同时提高,在增容剂用量小于40%时,随着增容剂用量的增加而增加。熔融接枝法制备的增容剂能够有效增容PC/ABS共混物。
In this work,acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft maleic anhydride(ABS-g-MAH) was prepared by melt blending.Excess of 1-(2-aminoethyl)piperazine was blended with ABS-g-MAH in twin screw extruder to prepare compatilizer.The reaction between them was proved by infrared spectrum.The mechanical properties of polycarbonate(PC)/ABS blends were investigated with compatilizer replacing part of the ABS component in PC/ABS blends.The results show that the Izod impact strength and yield strength of PC/ABS blends increase simultaneously with the introduction of compatilizer.And the properties increase with the content of compatilizer when the content is less than 40%.The compatilizer is effective for PC/ABS blends.
