摘要
以桐油、顺丁烯二酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐、月桂酸、三羟甲基丙烷为原料,六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺树脂(HMMM)为交联剂,制备出桐油改性醇酸氨基水性绝缘漆,采用FT-IR、DSC和TG对涂料进行结构表征和性能测试。油度增大,漆膜的吸水率降低,电气强度增大,但树脂的水溶性变差,理想的油度为37%;HMMM的加入量增大,漆膜的玻璃化温度(Tg)和温度指数(T20000)升高,HMMM为30%时,Tg和T20000分别达到42.0℃和151.4℃,当HMMM用量超过30%时,固化越接近完全,对耐热性影响不明显。漆膜硬度、吸水率、附着力和电性能等性能测试结果表明,绝缘漆电气强度大于80 kV/mm,综合性能优异,满足实际应用要求。
With hexamethoxymethyl melamine(HMMM) as cross-linked agent,the waterborne alkyd-amino insulation paint modified by tung oil was prepared from tung oil,maleic anhydride,phthalic anhydride,lauric acid,trimethylolpropane.The structure and properties of the paint were characterized and tested by FT-IR,DSC and TG.With the increase of oil length,water absorption of the film reduces,electrical strength of the film increases,but water solubility of the resin becomes worse,and the better oil length is 37%.Both glass transition temperature(Tg) and temperature index(T20000) of the film increase with the increase of HMMM content.When HMMM content is 30%,Tg and T20000 of the film is 42.0 ℃ and 151.4 ℃,respectively.While HMMM content is above 30%,the resin has be nearly cured completely and heat resistance of the film changes unobviously.Hardness,water absorption,adhesion and electrical properties testing results indicate that electric strength of the insulation paint is above 80 kV/mm,and the general properties for the insulation paint are better,which can meet the requirement of actual application.
