亚磷酸三苯酯扩链制备PBT/PET合金 被引量:8

摘要 采用亚磷酸三苯酯(TPPi)作为扩链剂熔融共混制备了聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)合金。通过力学性能测试、毛细管流变仪、差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了TPPi的用量对PBT/PET体系力学性能、流变行为及结晶性能的影响。结果表明,加入TPPi后PBT/PET体系的拉伸强度提高至60MPa,弯曲性能影响不大,而无缺口冲击强度从16 kJ/m2大幅度提高至52 kJ/m2,PBT/PET合金熔体表观黏度随TPPi用量的增加而上升,并且表现为黏度对剪切速率敏感,当TPPi用量为0.4%时共混体系结晶能力较强。 Poly(butylene terephthalate)(PBT)/poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) alloy was melting prepared by triphenyl phosphite(TPPi) chain-extending.Through mechanical properties testing,capillary rheometer and different scanning calorimetry(DSC) measurement,the effects of TPPi dosage on the mechanical properties,rheological properties and crystallizing behavior of the blends were studied.Results show that after adding TPPi to the PBT/PET blends,the tensile strength improves to 60MPa,flexural strength is slightly influenced and the non-notch impact strength increases greatly from 16 kJ/m2 to 52 kJ/m2.With the increase of content of TPPi,the apparent viscosity increases and the shear viscosities of the blends are sensitive to the shear rate.The blends crystallizes more easily when the dosage of TPPi is 0.4%.
