摘要
用不同酸对膨润土进行酸化处理得到活性白土,并以活性白土为载体浸渍负载氯化铁,得到FeCl3膨润土固体酸催化剂;以四氢呋喃阳离子开环聚合为探针反应,考察酸化条件对FeCl3膨润土催化剂性能的影响;利用XRD、BET、SEM及正丁胺滴定法对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,在质量分数为25%的硝酸98℃下酸化2 h,制备的催化剂性能最佳,用于四氢呋喃聚合反应,转换率最高可达到58.53%;证实酸化过程对催化剂的孔结构、比表面积和表面酸性的影响明显,载体孔结构均匀,酸性较强的催化剂适宜THF开环聚合反应。
FeCl3/bentonite solid acid catalyst was prepared,which the bentonite was disposed using different acids and the catalyst carriers dipped with FeCl3 solution.The influence of acidification conditions,on the FeCl3/bentonite catalytic performance throughtetrahydrofuran(THF) polymerization were investigated.The suitable preparing technology conditions were obtained as follows: HNO3 mass fraction is 25% acidified under 98 ℃.The conversion of THF reached 58.53% when polymerized with this catalyst at 40 ℃ for 5h.Meanwhile,the FeCl3/bentonite catalyst was characterized by XRD,BET,SEM,respectively.
