Study on China＇s Financial Support of Ocean High-tech Industry

资金缺乏是我国海洋高技术产业发展面临的瓶颈之一,如何缓解此问题是亟待解决的问题。本文深入分析我国海洋高技术产业面临的融资困境,总结美日等国海洋高技术产业融资机制和模式较为成功的经验。在此基础上,提出构建我国海洋高技术产业多元融资体制的构想。

Fund lack is one of the main bottlenecks in developing China＇s ocean high technology industry.This paper elaborates and analyses the difficult situation of China＇s financing in developing ocean high-tech industry,and sums up the US and Japan＇s financial support for the development of ocean high-tech industry,followed by the suggestion of establishing multi-financing systems for China＇s ocean high-tech industry.
