摘要 针对炼钢铁水脱硫渣粘性大导致粘罐的问题,开发了一种高效隔断剂,使用后脱硫渣隔断率达到95%以上,渣罐回返率控制在了3%以内,而且能减轻环境污染。试验结果表明,该隔断剂降低了脱硫渣的加工处理难度。 For the problem which the desulphurizing slag of molten iron during steelmaking is sticking to the slag ladle due to its strong viscosity,the efficient partitioning agent is developed.After using the agent,partitioning rate for the desulphrizing slag is over 95% and returning rate for the slag ladle is controlled within 3% and environmental pollution is lessened.The experimental results show that the partitioning agent can reduce the degree of difficulty in treating desulphurizing slag.
