摘要 介绍了用于多台独立吊车合车吊运百米重轨的PLC控制系统。系统采用西门子SIMATIC S7 PLC以及西门子PROFIBUS_DP现场总线控制技术,在多台吊车的PLC之间建立PROFIBUS_DP通讯连接,实现PLC与PLC之间的数据传输,以及PLC与上位机监控站的通信,使多台独立吊车在相互间没有任何物理联合的状态下,通过电气控制系统实现动作同步,实现多台吊车联合吊运百米重轨。 The PLC control system for swinging 100 m long heavy rails by combining with more independent cranes is introduced.The system adopts the field bus control technologies for SIMATIC S7 PLC and PROFIBUS-DP developed by SIMMENS so that communicating contact by PROFIBUS-DP is achieved among PLCs of the independent cranes and data transferring from PLC to PLC is realized.And also PLC can communicate with the monitoring station of the upper computer so that 100 m long heavy rails can be swung by combining with more cranes through electric control system moving synchronous without any physical combination among the independent cranes.
