摘要
研究滑石粉吸附去除水中阳离子染料的可行性。选取亚甲基蓝、结晶紫、中性红3种阳离子染料,考察染料废水浓度、滑石粉投加量、反应温度、搅拌时间等因素对滑石粉净化染料废水的影响,确定最佳吸附条件。结果表明,当染料质量浓度为0.015 g/L、滑石粉投加量为10 g/L、温度为20℃、慢速搅拌时间为10 min时,3种染料废水的脱色率分别达到99.63%、99.49%和99.62%。滑石粉是一种优良的处理阳离子染料废水的材料。
The feasibility of removing cationic dye in water by talcum powder was studied.Taking methy-lene blue,crystal violet and neutral red as the research objects,the effects of mass concentration of dye,talcum powder dosage,reaction temperature,stirring time and some other factors on dye wastewater purification were investigated,and the optimal adsorption condition was determined finally.The results showed that,when the mass concentration of the dye was 0.015 g/L,the dosage of talcum powder was 10 g/L,the temperature was 20 ℃,the low-speed stirring time was 10 min,the decolorization rates of the wastewater containing the said three kinds of dyes reached 99.63%,99.49% and 99.62% respectively.Therefore,talcum powder is a good material for cationic dye wastewater treatment.
