不同分子结构典型水处理剂生物降解特性与微生物繁殖的关系

摘要 采用OECD 301B评价方法和菌落计数法对HEDP、PBTCA、AMPSCP、PASP和PESA 5种不同结构典型水处理剂生物降解特性与异养菌繁殖关系进行了研究。结果表明:PESA易生物降解,PASP、PBTCA、HEDP、AMPSCP可生物降解;异养菌繁殖与生物降解特性相关,生物降解率及分子结构中有机碳含量越高,异养菌繁殖越快。 The relationship between the biodegradation characteristics of the five typical water treatment agents with different molecular structures: HEDP,PBTCA,AMPSCP,PASP and PESA and the propagation of heterotrophic bacteria was studied through OECD 301B evaluation method and colony counting method.The results showed that: PESA was easy to be biodegradated,PASP,PBTCA,HEDP and AMPSCP were biodegradable;the propagation of heterotrophic bacteria was related to the biodegradability,the higher the biodegradation rate and the organic carbon content in the molecular structure were,the faster the heterotrophic bacteria grew.
