摘要
文章对如何实现二极管端子装配过程的自动化进行了研究,采用了电气混合控制的方式,设计了一条应用于某公司二极管端子装配的自动生产线。该自动生产线能实现二极管的自动排序、分离、极性判别、筛选、传输、端子压装及最后的计数、打包整个过程。实践证明,该自动线不仅能降低劳动强度、排除安全隐患,同时还可实现一人多机操作。该自动线的设计思路也能运用于其它小型元器件的类似装配工作。
In this paper,an assembly process of terminals was discussed.By means of electric and pneumatic control,an automatic production line which applied to assembling the terminals of diodes is designed.All processes can be accomplished automatically on this line including sorting,distinguishing polarity,assembling terminals,and so on.Through practice,it shows that the labor intensity decreased,work efficiency improved,and what is more,a single person can operate several machines at the same time.On the other hand,the approach to the automatic line can be applied to the similar work.
