摘要
针对原料油加氢精制的反应特征,根据减压蜡油(VGO)在催化剂RN-32上HDN中试试验数据,考察了各反应条件对VGO HDN反应产物氮含量的影响,详细分析了不同减压蜡油原料性质对HDN活化能的影响,建立了减压蜡油HDN反应动力学模型。验证实验结果表明,该模型是成功的。
According to the characteristics of hydrotreating reactions,the effects of processing conditions on hydrodenitrogenation(HDN) of VGO were investigated,and the effect of the properties of different VGO on the activation energy was analyzed,on the basis of a large number of HDN experimental data of vacuum hydrowax(VGO) catalyzed by catalyst RN-32.A more sophisticated VGO HDN reaction kinetic model was obtained.Experimental data proved that this model was very successful.
