柴油-甲醇-乳化剂三组元乳化液的制备及其理化特性 被引量:13

摘要 制备了不同甲醇和乳化剂含量的柴油-甲醇-乳化剂三组元乳化液,测定了它们的黏度、密度、界面张力和分散性,考察甲醇和乳化剂含量对三组元乳化液理化性质的影响。结果表明,随着甲醇含量的增加,柴油-甲醇-乳化剂三组元乳化液的黏度和分散相Sauter平均直径D逐渐增大,密度和界面张力逐渐降低;随着乳化剂含量的增加,乳化液的黏度和密度增加,而界面张力和分散相Sauter平均直径D则下降。 The emulsions of diesel-methanol-emulsifier were prepared with different contents of methanol and emulsifier.The properties of the diesel-methanol-emulsifier emulsions,such as viscosity,density,interfacial tension and dispersity,were analyzed.Effects of methanol and emulsifier content on these properties were investigated systematically.The experimental results showed that the viscosity and Sauter mean diameter of disperse phase were increased with the increase of the methanol content,and the density and interfacial tension were decreased.For the emulsions with the same methanol content,the viscosity and density were increased with the augment of the emulsifier content,and almost contrary to the interfacial tension and Sauter mean diameter of disperse phase.
