摘要
分别采用海泡石、高岭土为硅源和铝源,在水热条件下原位晶化法合成NaY分子筛。采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、NMR和N2吸附-脱附等手段对合成的NaY分子筛及其原料进行表征。结果表明,合成的NaY分子筛具有均一、规则的结构,较大的比表面积和孔体积,较高的骨架硅/铝摩尔比(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3))。
NaY zeolite was successfully synthesized by an in-situ technique under hydrothermal conditions with calcined sepiolite and metakaolin as Si and Al resources,respectively.The calcined sepiolite and metakaolin and synthesized NaY sample were characterized by means of XRD,FT-IR,SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,27Al and 29Si MAS NMR.The results showed that the as-synthesized NaY possessed uniform and regular crystal structure with a high specific surface area,large pore volume and high n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) ratio in the framework.
