高温热处理对石油焦结构及气化活性的影响 被引量:20

摘要 采用固定床反应器,在常压下对石油焦进行高温(1173~1773 K)热处理。利用元素分析、XRD、BET和孔隙结构、SEM等测试手段考察了热处理温度对石油焦的元素组成、石墨化程度、孔隙结构及表观结构的影响,在Thermax500加压热天平上考察了不同温度热处理后的石油焦样品在常压下1273 K时的气化反应活性。结果表明,热处理温度升高,石油焦中碳/氢质量比增加,石墨化程度更加严重,微晶结构更趋于有序性,导致其气化反应活性降低。 Petroleum coke was treated under the temperature range of 1173-1773 K in the fixed bed reactor.The effect of heat treatment temperature on the properties of petroleum coke,including elemental composition,the degree of graphitization,the apparent structure and gasification reactivity,were mainly investigated by using XRD and SEM.The results showed that the mass ratio of carbon to hydrogen in petroleum coke increased,the degree of graphitization and the regularity of microcrystal structure became higher with the increase of heating temperatures,while its gasification reactivity decreased.
