NAFLD患者血清IL-18、TNF-α水平变化的临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 本文采用放射免疫分析对70例非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）患者[其中35例非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFL）患者、35例非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（NASH）]和30例正常对照组血清IL-18、TNF-α进行检测，探讨NAFLD患者肝损伤的程度及监测疾病的变化，现将结果报告如下。
