免疫PET显像的研究进展(文献综述) 被引量:2

摘要 免疫正电子发射型断层显像( Immtmo-positron emission tomography,PET)是将PET断层扫描仪所具有的高灵敏度、高分辨率和定量分析的特性与单抗的高特异性有机的结合起来以提高肿瘤诊断效率的一项新的有希望的诊断技术。目前FDA批准的唯一可供临床使用的PET放射性示踪剂是18F—FDG,FDG通过测定肿瘤部位葡萄糖积聚的增加来反映肿瘤的恶性活性。
