摘要 目的:探讨了2型糖尿病并发肾病(DN)患者血清胱抑素C(Cys C)、转化生长因子(TGF-β_1)和肝细胞因子(HGF)水平的变化及临床意义。方法:对102例2型糖尿病(DM2)患者(其中并发DN 33例,未并发DN 69例)应用酶联法和免疫比浊法进行了Cys C、TGF-β_1和HGF水平测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:DN组血清Cys C、TGF-β_1水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而HGF水平又非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01)。血清HGF水平与Cys C、TGF-β_1水平呈负相关(r=-0.482、-0.450,P<0.01)。结论:检测DM2患者血清Cys C、TGF-β_1和HGF水平的变化对早期DN的发生和病情发展程度有重要的临床意义。 Objective To study the clinical significance of determination of serum Cystatin C, transforming growth factor and hepa- tocyte growth factor levels in patients with DM_2 complicated with nephropathy. Methods Serum TG-β1, HGF (with ELISA), Cys C (with immunoturbidimetry) levels were determined in 102 patients with type2 diabetis (33 with diabetic nephropathy and 69 without ne- phropathy) and 35controls. Results The serum levels of Cys C ,TGF-131 contents in patients with nephropathy were significantly higher than those in the contzols (P 〈0. 01 ) , while the serum HGF levels were significantly lower than those in controls (P 〈 0. O1 ). Serum HGF levels were negativiely correlated with serum Cys C and TGF-β1 levels (r = - 0.482, - 0. 450, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Serum Cys C, TGF-I31 and HGF could be used as sensitive markers for early diagnosis of development of diabetic nephropathy.
