摘要
尝试把网络计划法、ＩＳＯ９０００ 质量体系管理两大体系综合起来用于工程项目管理，通过实际应用，其具有较强的可操作性。
Both network planning method and ISO9000 Quality System can be used to manage the construction projects. This paper tries to apply the combination of these two systems to the construction project management and achieve strong workability with actual applications. Two course management modes for construction and materials are also provided here. [
