羧甲基壳聚糖亚铁配合物的表征及其对CO的吸附研究 被引量:13

摘要 利用羧甲基壳聚糖吸附亚铁离子得到亚铁配合物,红外光谱显示羧甲基壳聚糖与Fe2+发生了化学反应,同时利用扫描电镜和差热分析对配合物进行表征,发现反应前后两者的微观结构和热性质发生了显著变化。将亚铁配合物用于吸附CO,结果表明,在反应时间为6 h,温度为40℃左右,颗粒度为80目时吸附量最高,可达1.75 mg·g-1。对比发现,羧甲基壳聚糖亚铁配合物较羧甲基壳聚糖吸附CO效果提高4倍以上,且羧甲基壳聚糖亚铁配合物对CO的吸附量高于壳聚糖亚铁配合物。 N-O-carboxymethyl chitosan was used to adsorb Fe2+,which was indicated by FTIR.And the Fe2+-complex was characterized by SEM and DTA.Results show that the microstructure and thermal stability of the complex is significantly different from that of N-O-carboxymethyl chitosan.The Fe2+-complex was used to adsorb CO,and its adsorption capacity reached the maximum of 1.75 mg g 1 when the reaction was occurred at 40℃ for 6h and the granularity of the complex is 80 mash.The adsorbing capacity for CO of Fe2+-complex is up to 4 times higher than that of chitosan and N,O-CMC,and the adsorbing capacity of CMC-Fe2+ is higher than that of CTS-Fe2+.
