生丝浸泡工艺对蚕丝脱胶及染色匀染性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 选取四因素三水平的正交试验(L9(34)),以浸泡助剂用量、浸泡时间、浸泡温度和生丝的来源作为试验因素,以生丝溶失率、脱胶过程的练减率、染色不匀度和染色试样表观颜色深度(K/S值)作为判断指标,进行生丝浸泡工艺对蚕丝脱胶及染色匀染性影响的研究。结果表明:所选生丝浸泡工艺参数对上述指标均没有显著影响,而生丝的来源对于生丝溶失率没有显著影响,但对于脱胶过程中的练减率、染色不匀度和染色试样表观颜色深度(K/S值)均有一定程度的影响,说明在工厂实际生产中,应考虑到生丝来源对产品质量(如染色均匀性)的影响。 The orthogonal test of the four factors,the dosage of soaking agent,soaking period,immersing temperature and source of raw silk,and three levels was selected to discuss the effect of raw silk soaking process on degumming and dye uniformity of the silk.The basis for estimation were losing percentage of raw silk in the soaking process,residual content of silk gum in the degumming process and dyeing uneven degree and K/S values.The result showed that the effects of the soaking process parameters on the test results were insignificant,the same as the effect of the source of raw silk on the losing percentage of the raw silk.Nevertheless,the source of raw silk has some effect on residual silk-gum content in the degumming process,dyeing unevenness and K/S values in different degrees.In view of the test results,the effects of the source of raw silk on the quality of products should be taken into account.
